The idea behind the Color Coded Tajweed Holy Quran:
Based on a practical understanding of phonology, we have color-coded the place of some letters to facilitate the correct recitation of the holy quran.
This had enabled us to classify these letters within three possible categories to enhance the reader's knowledge and remembrance of Tajweed rules, they are:
The reader will very easily get used to reciting the quran by using colors just as he got used to stopping at red lights and passing though green lights.
By engaging in this sublime act, the reader will find him/herself applying 24 rules of Tajweed with ease and precision while his/her mind is left free to contemplate and understand the meaning of Holy Quran.
It is an honor for Dar Al-Maarifa to adopt and offer this methodology which has been accurately applied after examining the passages written at the end of it, and which was examined and accredited by the Committee of The Noble Quran.

Author: Recommended English Translation of the Qur'an
This Tajweed Qur'an contains the Arabic text plus the English translation.
It is a very complete version, including the transliteration of Arabic into Roman characters, an index on Qur'an topics and a clear layout which helps to recite the text. (The word "tajweed" means to improve, make better. Tajweed of the Holy Qur'an is the knowledge and application of the rules of recitation).
The features of the book are impressive. When holding it in your hands you feel, as it were, the importance of the book. That is also why this book is recommended instead of buying a translation without the original Arabic. With this Qur'an you do not buy only a translation of the Qur'an, but the Quar'an itself.
Being Buddhist myself, I can recommend anybody to buy this book and read every day some pages with an open mind. It is said that the Qur'an can only be fully appreciated when one can read the text in Arabic. Also it is without question that the text is not easy to understand. But at a minimum reading the English translation will help you to understand how much religions in these world are related to each other. You will read for instance in sura 2: "Those who believe (in the Qur'an) and those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Christians and the Sabians, - any who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and work rightousness, shall have their reward with their Lord; on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve."
Some sites, like [...], recommend to first read some introductions to the Islam. However, I would advice to first buy this Qur'an and read some pages and take it from there. Starting with the English text in the original Arabic context, no doubt will invoke the motivation to read more about this important book.
When you order the Tajweed Qur'an, please, treat it with respect in its own tradition. So, do not read it when you body is dirty, or when you have alcohol or drugs in your body. Also do not put the book on the floor, or leave it careless on your desk, but put on a clean shelf after reading.
