Are we rushing down the path of these nations?, June 23, 2004
A provocative work by the renowned Turkish-Muslim scholar Harun Yahya focusing on the destruction of various ancient communities which stood against Allah and defied His message. The Qur'anic narration on the doomed people of `Ad, Thamud and the fate of the Pharaoh who sought to exterminate Moses (pbuh) and the Hebrews are soundly discussed and brilliantly illustrated. The author also offers scientific evidence on the existence and destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah for their perversion and organized rebellion against Prophet Lot (pbuh). The illustration and explanation on Pompeii's sudden devastation by Mount Vesuvius' volcanic eruption is particularly moving.

I have read a book about `Perished Nations and I was so impressed by it. I have never looked at the thinks from the way `HARUN YAHYA' looked at them. I want to thank him with all my heart. I hope he would continue his work.
Everyone should read his books after that they will see the difference between the past and new thoughts of themselves based on life.
