  • Author: sami al mosa
This as an excellent book, albeit a little tautological. Dr Khaleel denotes and enumerates Muslim inventions and discoveries throughout the Golden Age of Islam, a period lasting 800 years. One of the most impressive things he accomplishes is to trace the line from Muslim erudition directly back to the Prophet's ideologies. He states evincingly that the Islamic World owes it's intellectual impetus to Mohammed, which ultimately altered the course of history. It's been said many times - in a number of works by scholars that are honest - that the defeat of the Islamic Empire has set civilization back a countless number of centuries. After completing this book one can't help but agree. The information present in this work is invaluable and should be common knowledge.
